Hello, I'm John.

I have an eclectic career background working in customer facing roles within the customer services sector ranging from sales and distribution management for Servis UK to a manager at RAC Motoring Services. I never started, or intended to have, a career in the personal services industry of hairdressing and barbering.

Through the job roles I've had in the past its been a learning and development in people and business management. I purchased my first salon in January 2012 to save jobs and provide exceptional services to the community of Bilston in the West Midlands. My training to become a barber and hairdresser began in February 2013 achieving Level 3 in both.

What started as a single business transaction, its now a life long career path I enjoy and love.

I have an extensive knowledge of techniques, products and tools that I love sharing with 1800 clients at the salon.

Our industry never stays the same. I love the twists and turns of new, developing techniques, the advancements in products and I will enjoy giving you all the knowledge you need.
